Before/After
So my aunt Harriet gave me this chair and ottoman when she was doing some cleaning at her house. It is amazingly comfortable, and would be a great rocking chair for a baby room some day, but it doesn't match our furniture that we currently have, so I decided that I would try my hand at a slip cover project. It took way too long, but I am pleased with how it turned out.

Joe told me he was very proud of me.

Heart Update
I have been meaning to update everyone on the condition of my ticker, so here it goes.
My doctor started to try to wean me off one of my heart medications to see how I would do. I wore a heart monitor for 2 weeks to see if I went out of rhythm and I did a few times. So at my last doctors appointment we had some decisions to make, I could stay on the medications at the higher dose for the rest of my life, or we could do another ablation. Joe and I would like to start a family sooner or later and since there is not enough research on what happens to the baby in the long term if it is exposed to this medication in the womb we decided that we would do another ablation. There is no guarantee that this ablation will work but we have faith that it will get us one step closer to being able to start our family.
My ablation is scheduled for Monday, June 28th. I would really appreciate your prayers for me and Joe at that time.

Snowboarding in June!!!
So it turns out you can go snowboarding in June in Utah. My friend Kristen had the brilliant idea to try it out. This was the first time I have been in about 2 years (I've been really really really needing to go) There was a handful of people up there, most of them looked like this guy.......
There were a lot of people in shorts and t-shirts, we were not so brave and bundled up just in case we fell.
We basically had the mountain to ourselves, I dare you to try and find another person on the mountain in this picture below.

Thanks for the invite Kristen! We should make this a yearly tradition!!!
