A few weeks ago we were able to go to Salt Lake for a day trip to celebrate the first birthday party for Phineas and James. It was so fun to watch these boys smash their cakes and the food was super yummy. Afterwards we all went to the rec center and went for a swim. I was so excited to take Kate for her first swim, unfortunately she did not sleep well the night before and decided to skip her morning nap, and she had so much fun at the party that she apparently thought the perfect time to nap would be at the pool. Oh well, we will try again another time.
